Please use these forums to make suggestions - whether it's about routes, countries or rolling stock you'd like to see us develop - or anything relating to our forums/website/social media that you'd like to see us do. We can't make any promises of course, but we guarantee to read and consider all ideas!

Hi, thank you so much for this new project, I think I speak for a lot of us when I say that we are glad to see finally some real incentive to create routes outside of the usual UK, US, Germany settings (with all due respect to the routes created in those countries for TS). I personally would love to see more routes and content in Scandinavia and the Balkans. More on potential specific routes, rolling stock in those areas later

I would really love to see Australian (Specifically Queensland Rail/Citytrain) content. I am from Queensland and I love the trains here even if they are a bit slow. This would also work really well in Train Sim World with the 'services' way of playing with possible dynamic services where some trains are late (which is a notorious issue for some trains e.g. Gympie North Train). Queensland Rails commuter rail also offers a wide variety of scenery and infrastructure from the fairly dense and congested inner core of Brisbane, to the vast plains of Ipswich, the Urban sprawl of the Gold Coast, the beach sides of Shorncliffe, Cleveland and the Redcliffe Peninsula, the very small section of track where trains reach 160km/h, and the beautiful volcanic mountains and low density towns of the Sunshine Coast.

As bad as this probably sounds, i'd be interested in more RHb content. I mainly found myself looking at 2019 sorting consists for the Albula Railway and noticed that they typically use a 6 coach Albula Gliederzug trainset. Maybe also the later generation Einheitswagen series and the remaining missing variants of the EW1 and EW2's, along with BDt driving trailers?

Hi and Thanks for the invite to join the forum as seen on the Dovetail news page.

As a previous user of Thomson products its great to see the joining up of Rivet games and look forward to future projects.

For me being UK based and still using the Train Simulator 2013 to 2019 i would like to see routes created around major hubs radiating off a route at a time. For example creating Birmingham New Street station as the hub , then routes to say Reading to start with the next route could be to Sheffield and so on.

Hubs Of interest would be Leeds, Preston, Derby, Doncaster, Carlisle, Glasgow Central.

Filling in gaps on routes or continuing some of the excellent products already out there.

As for future Swiss routes i would like to see a good main line run say from Geneva to Brig or the BLS route Bern to Brig not via the tunnel.

I wish you every success in future ventures and look forward to watching it grow.

          Thanks Whistler.

I would like to see more freight mainline routes based in America such as the Duluth, Missabe and Iron Range in 1950's, or the Soo Line Railroad between Shops yard in Fond Du Lac and Schiller Park in Chicago.

              Dear Rivet Games Team

I wish you success for your new projects and businesses.

As mentioned to Alan already – before you start to build new routes I would like to see a completion of the RhB Albula as well as the RhB Bernina route. In reality the Albula route starts in Chur (and not in Thusis) whereas the Bernina Route ends in Tirano (Italy) and not in Poschiavo.

Thanks for considering the completion of these routes.

              Remo

The WCML Trent Valley is probably regarded as one of the best UK routes made for Train Simulator. However I still see an opportunity to expand this route to areas such as Birmingham, Stoke on Trent, Crewe and possibly all the way down to London Euston.

Good morning, I would like to see more content from the RhB network. A good addition can be: Ge 6/6 Krokodil, Ge 6/6 II, ABe 4/16 Allegra, route Landquart - Thusis and Bever - Scuol-Tarasp. It would be good to see the content from Poland, ie the section Warsaw - Terespol, Cracow - Rzeszów, Białystok - Suwałki.

                    greetings
                    Przemek

Thanks Przemek; we're definitely hoping to do some Polish content one day, so thanks for the suggestions

Yes i was actually thinking of this one as it is an in house build the WCML Trent Valley it could be made an extention from Rugby to London Euston or the other way from Stafford to Liverpool Lime Street that would be a very welcome edition to TS20XX and most users would be very great for that's for sure, the other extention could be done it's on the West Highland route from Fort William to Glasgow in split section at least 2 addons i would assume the assets are pretty much there apart from the station models and the odd sign here and there hope this is a good idea through and could see this in future

Yes I agree we have been waiting too long for an Australian route. Way back in MSTS there was a person building Australian routes, but he gave up as the game progressed and morphed into what it is now. Since then we have been starved of Australian content and I don't understand why. We have everything here, some of the longest rail routes in the world, suburban routes and even rail that services mining in the outback, a train lovers dream. No one else is doing it, whoever takes it on would have it all to themselves.

Great to hear the enthusiasm for Australian routes - the team would definitely be keen to look at something, although being based in Scotland it's a little harder to get out to do all the surveys. How big/active is the Australian TrainSim scene?

I would not mind seeing some more PRR routes, the Main One I had the Idea for is the NEC in the 40's/50's with the GG1, P5a and maybe the MP54, Purley as we already have a GG1, but no Proper Route to run it on

Hi all, nice to see another 3rd party dev adding more content to TS! I'm in agreement with previous poster's concerning wcmltv, it's a gem and would love to see Brums rail network expanded. and also for the Swiss route interlaken to Grindelwald and/or Luzern Interlaken. All the best for the new venture.

Personally I would suggest to invest your resources on the SBB network (and the announcement of the Gottardbahn is the first good sign of this): like what you did with RhB developing several routes and enhancement packs, it would be nice to see something similar with the SBB.
