After checking the initial reviews and watching a few youtube videos I was going to pick this up but then read apparently theres no key bind on the RailDriver for AWS. As someone who struggles with a mouse due to disabilities and use a RailDriver exclusively this is a deal breaker for me sadly to say.

Fix that and you have another sale, as from what Ive seen so far Im overly impressed

      Really well done!

Loving the Steam Tour. Feels like an experiment - choose a RIvet line with plenty of room in the timetable, and it is odd having AWS on maybe the like the needs it least - but its so much fun, works really well, and now we have the engines can we hope to see more properly timetabled steam tour routes on other lines?

Edinburgh: Glasgow? London: Brighton? East Coastway? Surely West Somerset should be a shoe-in?

I have just found a scenario on Edinburgh:Glasgow, which is a bonus! It's quite well hidden...

Just wanted to add something to the AWS: We've added AWS and a speedometer as it's required in the UK for old Steam trains to be allowed on the main lines again - as the West Cornwall Local route is set in the 90's, that was a requirement back then.

I've just tried the Edinburgh:Glasgow scenario and... its very lonely.

I mean, the journey is fine - it's a good ride - but it is was a journey with no passengers, and no visible fireman to keep me company..

      So... a bit weird...

The steam hissed. I cleared my throat, but.
No one left and no one came
On the bare platform. What I saw
Was the 19:54 to Glasgow — only the train

Thanks for the feedback - indeed, no fireman on this route, which seems odd. Not much we can do about the passengers, that's a core thing I believe. Will forward to the devs anyway!

Just bought this today and it's actually pretty good! I haven't found a single problem with it and it's a very enjoyable train with lots of fun services to do. I do wish there were more services on Edinburgh to Glasgow though.

Thanks a lot, much appreciated! 😊

Will take that as a feedback back to the devs, not sure we can do something for this route, but it won't be the last.

Actually that has been fixed long time ago, don't know why that was never shipped. And I don't need to reply to your "Rivet is not fixing anything" bashing, I think we proofed that wrong a couple of times now.

Oooooooooooohhhh! Buuuurrrrnnnn! Yes. Rivet can fix stuff. Bit of a shame this wasn't shipped but I can imagine it's easy to mix things up and forget with all the stuff their working on.

Then why is the 150, after 18 months, still broken, and after todays patch, raildriver still doesnt work on the RGB trains

It is over two months now since YorkshireLAD posted “why is the 150, after 18 months, still broken”. I am not surprised that no response has been posted from Rivet. Also I would like to know whether Rivet is working to make the scenery on the St. Ives Branch Line and to Penzance look more realistic instead of the fantasy offering given on release 18 months ago.

Jasper, could you please keep your customers informed of what you are doing to fix these errors. I note you are advertising for another artist and sincerely hope their first task will be to correct and fix all your wrong doings. WCL could be made into the best route in TSW at present it’s the worst. I hope Rivet are working hard to remove this mantle.

I look forward to your comments.

Hey, thanks for the headsup. We haven't replied because there's nothing new to announce on the Class 150/2 or the St. Ives branch. My bad though, should have posted a quick one-liner.

On the LMS Jubilee with christmas lights (the normal version isn't affected) - I believe this is fixed now, we've put this fix in the day of the launch.

ID:	11957 Thank you Jasper for your response. I hope your team will one day fix the scenery anomalies, as it is so horrendous and nothing like what you see on the real route. If you cannot do that, then Rivet should never have attempted to release WCL, as it’s a joke calling the route West Cornwall as it doesn’t come close to resembling the real scenery and is certainly disrespectful to me and all Cornish residents that live near the route. At least you have so far corrected Truro Cathedral, now time to put the rest right. The above is the view from the platform showing the hotel and harbour wall and lighthouse and you have completely missed it all.

Nigel, in all respect: We understood your point (you made that clear like what - a thousand times now?)!

I understand that you're upset, but trash-talking a product isn't exactly great. As I said before (see here: https://forums.rivet-games.com/forum...=6037#post6037), it's almost impossible to get everything right.

Not to forget: There are many people out there enjoying West Cornwall Local...
          Working...
