Ummm, would you please share your source for this?
I'm a bit confused, I always thought that the developers (we) know best what we're talking about. Maybe you mean the update from last week? Will go back and double-check with our devs though!

Alright, spoke to our developers, they said they started the testing process yesterday afternoon. That might be what Dovetail talked about.

I found another issue: During timetable service 2D70 at Brading the doors open at the correct side, but I saw passengers get off the train at the wrong side.

Thank you for all the fixes. I really appreciate that. Three comments though:
1. I do not hear sea gulls despite the seaside sound update. Or did I miss something here?
EDIT: saw them now. Thanks a lot for this!
2. The Engineering Interruption scenario is really bad and needs revision of a competent scenario developer. The good news is that I can complete it now, though I have seen reports of people that still fail to complete it due to technical issues.
3. My last comment about the amount of consists is still valid. I still believe you cannot run the service with only two consists. There should be at least one spare at the Island. I checked Google Earth and I could see at least four consists and one I am not 100% certain. The image below shows two 3 car configurations in the depot.

Scotrail156467 There's one 4-car service in one of the scenarios - not a 100% sure which one though.
But when we visited the route in the beginning of 2020, there were only 2-car services active - because the trains are basically falling into pieces. We build the route & gameplay to match the things we surveyed by the beginning this year - that's why.
The AI trains might not have the headlights on in some specific cases, when they sporn before the player train - this also applies for the destination board.

If you built the route to match the things you surveyed, why are the trains not red?

There's a simple answer to this question: Legal issues.
As a payware developer, we simply can't do any liveries/trains we want to - we have to agree with the owners of the design (which is in most cases a train company). I hope that helps understanding why we didn't implemented the Island Line livery.
